Cleveland, Ohio
September 8 , 2004 - Divinity Boutique was founded in 2004 after 18 months of research and new product development.
The initial product line features men's handmade, silk ties, men's leather wallets and key chains, men's and ladies belts, ladies purses, checkbook holders and clutches, and Men's Dress socks.
All of the proucts in the line have a mild Christian theme.
The company has a "silver rivet" with a cross accent that can be found as the most common enhancement to the product line.
"It is a very upscale look" says sales manager, Keith Schwartz. We introduced 18 different men's tie designs in 5 colors per design.
That is over 90 different variations.
According to the company's sales manager, "we have more variations than any of the established companies in the industry and customers are taking notice."
Family Christian stores, the largest chain in the industry, bought the line on the spot.
Starting in October, you will find Divinity Boutique products on large displays in every Family Christian Book Store as well as over 2,000 other independently owned and operated Christian Bookstores located in the USA and Canada. The company is taking the industry by storm and really knocking around some companies that had been established for many years.
According to the companys sales manager, within a couple of months we established broad distribution in the USA and Canada and set-up distributors in Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Asia, and the UK.
The companies focus is to create high quality Christian Gifts that bring "Quality to Life".
Most of our products come packaged in a gift tin or in a gift box. When asked about the product line and why the reaction was so strong, the sales manager replied "quality, value and fashion are the drivers that have fueled our sales."
When we looked at the wallet category, we found that wallets retailed for $20 and leather key chains retailed for $7.
We decided to combine these two items into a gift set at a $20 retail. We also noticed that the competitors had no elements of design or fashion in thier product lines.
You had two choices "black or brown".
We added a two tone wallet and some unique features that make the wallets a better consumer value and more user friendly. The last element to creating a winning product line was to create displays that can hold the entire assortment.
The displays allow stores to feature the entire product line in one display. With over $1,000,000 in sales for 2004 and forecasted sales over $5,000,000 for 2005, this new company is making a financial impact while spreading the word to people all over the world.
Divinity Boutique is representative of the America Dream and proof that one good idea can become a multi million dollar company overnight. For additional information, samples, or to schedule an interview, contact: Keith SchwartzDivinity Boutique18807 Miles RoadWarrensville Heights, Ohio 44128216-581-9933 or fax: 216-581-9934e-mail protected from spam botsDivinity Boutique is a registered trademark of On Target Promotions.

Donate to charity, have a yard sale or throw out.2.
Use the same size boxes. They will be easier to stack both while you are packing, and in the truck. No more spending time trying to figure out how to get all those different sized boxes stacked so they won't fall over. 3. Use smaller boxes.
Then you won't have big heavy boxes that will wear you out fast. You, and your moving team will be able to keep going without struggling. 4. Use a good quality tape and tape gun. The couple extra bucks will save you tons of frustration.

How Parents Can Win the Battle To Keep Your Child Safe From Strangers This Holiday Season
When we think of Holiday shopping, we think of all the glowing lights at our area malls and the various eye-catching decorations in shopping centers. Along with distractions with our ?to do' list in our heads, we get preoccupied with carrying bags and scoping out gifts. But with all the whirlwinds of diversions, we cannot put our guard down with who is scoping out our own children. To help with this here are the top 7 things parents can do to prevent their young from falling prey to strangers and child kidnappers in the busy hustle and bustle of the season. 1. Stay connected.
Make sure you have your children with you whether in a stroller or holding your hand. Even if your child stays next to you other times of the year, all the distractions of toys, decorations, and Santa can make any kid get sidetracked. For older children invest in a family walkie-talkie set. Make sure they know how to use it and check in with them on regular time intervals to know where they are ? even if...

Women's Liberation
(ContentDesk) July 20, 2004 -- Women continue to make steady progress towards equality in the workplace. Now women are making progress towards equality on the home front. How? By tapping into their resources, including their husbands. Increasingly, men and women are both juggling the demands of a career and a family. The demands are not equal, however.
Traditionally, women have been the primary caregivers. Still so today. Relinquish that role? Never. We have the natural instincts. But share that role? Now, that makes some sense. The challenge? Let's face it: Most men are not very domestic.
Organize the power tools? Mow the lawn? Great. But change the baby, that's a different story altogether. Not that men don't want to be helpful. They do (really). They just don't always know (or understand) what to do, especially concerning babies, particularly infants. Here's my secret: Help him liberate you.
Impossible? Absolutely not. Give him the tools to be helpful, starting...

Purses
Women around the world consider a purse as a necessity. A purse has a lot more significance and importance than its function, which is carrying money and other items around in it. It is used as a fashion accessory and speaks volumes about the personality of the person carrying it.
In simple terms, a purse is a small and fashionably designed bag, used to hold money, keys, makeup and other items of daily use. Purses are also popularly known as handbags, although some argue that a handbag is larger in size. Purses evolved several centuries ago, and ever since, have been an essential fashion accessory.
The first purses can be traced back to the ancient Egyptians and Babylonians, who used small pouches during religious ceremonies. Later, in the 14th century, purses were fastened to the waist with the help of girdles. During those days, purses were used as status symbols and were adorned with jewels and elaborate embroidery.
Through the 16th and 17th century,...
New Auction Site Offers Up and Coming Artists and Artisans a Better Way to Reach Buyers
(ContentDesk) December 5, 2005 -- It may seem like you can buy and sell just about anything through the online auction giants, but when a friend asked Cincinnati native and successful online auction seller Bob Schroeder for some help in marketing her beautiful handmade knit purses online, Schroeder was dismayed to discover that the big online auction houses were not necessarily the best places to showcase one of a kind creations.Whether its a painting, a hand made bag, or a piece of jewelry, these custom works of art need to be showcased against colors that dont overwhelm the artwork, and they really shouldnt be competing with every widget under the sun for the buyers attention, explained Schroeder. But even more important is that an artist sells best when they can display their work grouped together, in an online store or gallery, in addition to the individual listings. Unfortunately, every major auction site we looked at was just too expensive for a starting artist or crafter...
